Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team member execution of customer service programs.
• Answer telephones in accordance with company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the outside purchase ledger.
