Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge and repair knowledge; ASE Certification desired; Spanish language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Manage phone inquiries and processes for buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
