O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. You may take on shift leadership in their absence and help drive a high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and store transfers promptly.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Perform day-to-day opening/closing duties and secure the store.
