O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of management.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and ASE/RSS certifications are valued. Retail auto parts experience and automotive knowledge are preferred, with strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure team members execute on service programs.
• Ensure telephone coverage and policy adherence.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and maintain proper payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise with core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and manage merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and secure deposits and building.
