O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in absence of store leaders and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Responsibilities include leading customer service excellence, supervising showroom activities, handling transfers, returns, invoicing, and ensuring security and daily openings/closings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom ensuring proper execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds using correct payment methods and stage merchandize appropriately.
• Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff clock in/out, follow posted schedules, and obtain management approvals for deviations.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; verify deposits, prepare bank deposits, secure the premises, and manage security alarms.
• Other duties as assigned.
