Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, the ability to obtain RSS Certification, and automotive knowledge are required or preferred (ASE certification is a plus).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, automotive parts knowledge a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer phones and process buy online/ship to store, hub and inter-store transfers per policy.
• Ensure returns, refunds, invoicing, and merchandising duties are handled efficiently and accurately.
