Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, manage store processes (returns, invoicing, transfers), and ensure staffing and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge and repair basics.
• ASE Certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute on service programs.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Ensure transfers, orders, and invoicing are processed accurately and timely.
• Support shift management responsibilities in the absence of Store Manager.
