Responsibilities include leading customer service efforts, processing orders, and handling returns. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, and retail or automotive experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure efficient processing of buy online/ship to store orders.
• Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties.
