Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in their absence and encourages bilingual applicants.

Responsibilities cover supervising customer service, processing orders, managing transfers, returns, invoicing, and ensuring store tasks are completed on time. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead/store teams.
• RSS Certification required; ASE certification a plus.
• Retail sales experience preferred; knowledge of auto parts helpful.
• Fluency in multiple languages with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and schedule adherence.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside orders per procedures.
• Ensure returns, refunds, invoicing, and merchandising tasks are processed efficiently.
