Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading showroom service, ensuring timely order processing, handling returns and deposits, and coordinating with the team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, especially in auto parts.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is encouraged.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showfloor customer service, phone handling, and order processing including buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Manage opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security procedures.
• Perform shift leadership in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager and execute other duties as assigned.
