Responsabilidades

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee the customer service levels on the showroom floor and supervise related programs.
• Ensure calls and store communications follow company policy and procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and Zipline messages communicated; delegate merchandising tasks.
• Enforce posted work schedules, timekeeping, and day-end procedures.
