Job summary

OReilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of store management; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead a team to provide excellent customer service, manage showroom operations, and process a variety of orders and returns while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Spanish language is highly desired.
• Retail or auto parts experience is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and secure deposits when needed.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers of shipment arrivals.
