Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer service, sales execution, and store operations. The role includes supervising service levels, processing orders and transfers, and managing day-to-day store activities.

The position emphasizes strong communication, potential RSS certification, and experience in auto parts retail; Spanish language skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and quires/orders are processed timely.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and amicably.
• Manage day-to-day opening/closing duties and secure cash deposits.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
