O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in absence of leadership and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes leading team members, handling store processes, and ensuring accurate invoicing, returns, and transfers to optimize the retail experience for customers and professionals.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, especially in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge helpful.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Mansioni

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom, executing programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently with ledger tracking.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds accurately with correct payment methods.
