Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations. You will work with the restaurant management team to ensure alignment with the business plan and monitor Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet performance expectations.

You will contribute to quality, service, and teamwork, while participating in trainings, meetings, and special projects as required by changing business conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management or related field preferred.
• Strong planning and time-management skills and ability to lead a team.

• Provide consistent quality product and customer service that drives satisfaction.
• Strive to improve skills and performance of Crew Persons.
• Help maximize sales and profits while controlling costs by assisting management and leading shift activities.
