Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring a Restaurant Team Leader to assist daily operations and uphold food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. The role covers directing operations in the absence of GM/AM while resolving issues with team members, suppliers, and guests.

You will supervise shifts, help manage labor costs, ensure fast, friendly service, train staff, and enforce cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Create a positive experience for team members and guests.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to control labor costs as directed.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints as needed.
• Supervise daily shifts to uphold standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members, including new hires.
• Ensure adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
