Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader to assist in daily restaurant operations and to stand in for the General Manager when needed. You will help maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation while addressing issues with staff, suppliers, and guests.

The role emphasizes supervising shifts, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house duties, training staff, and ensuring accurate cash handling. This is an hourly position with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage shifts and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Oversee FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to control labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Train team members, including new hires, on procedures.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
