Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Hawaii is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Cane’s standards, and manage shift activities in a fast-paced kitchen environment with customer interaction.

You will open/close the restaurant, handle cash, enforce policies, lead crewmembers, ensure cleanliness and safety, and drive extraordinary guest service. You’ll use logs and tools to document results and take corrective action as needed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends; flexible and energetic.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Opens and closes the restaurant and manages shift execution.
• Handles cash management and accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and delivers exceptional guest service.
• Uses logs and tools to document results and take corrective action.
• Ensures cleanliness and that the facility is in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
