Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture in shift management. The role involves fast-paced kitchen work, customer interactions, and responsibility for opening/closing, cash handling, and team guidance.

The position requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, 18+ to apply, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling and cost management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides customer service.
• Uses logs and forms to document results and takes corrective action.
• Responsible for cleanliness and overall facility condition.
