Responsibilities

• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Runs shift management meetings; ensures safety standards.
• Deploys crewmembers during shifts; ensures service quality.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes rewards program for crew recognition.
• Authorizes manager-level actions (discounts, timeclock overrides).
• Maintains cleanliness and good working order of facility.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
