Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant activities. In this role you will manage shifts, cash handling, guest service, and safety, while opening/closing the store, deploying Crewmembers, and enforcing company policies.

Requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management, a HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Provides exemplary customer service and enforces policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures the facility is in good working order.
