Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, emergencies arise.
• Ability to perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station, dough management, portioning, and product quality.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs; follows TM handbook policies.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct problems while maintaining standards.
• Supports profit goals through proper use of cash handling, inventory and cost controls.
