Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high-quality products and customer service while driving restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include policy execution, safety, and maintaining performance standards across shifts.

The role requires flexible hours, 18+ years old, and prior restaurant leadership experience. Serv-Safe or state food service certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management and portioning.
• Performs assigned station duties and maintains product quality.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals.
• Meets customer needs and minimizes complaints.
• Follows policies in the TM handbook, including safety and attendance.
• Ensures shift coverage and corrects issues promptly.
• Manages costs and inventory to minimize loss.
