Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Maintains adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards while supporting profitability.
• Provides feedback, manages coverage, and maintains product quality, service, and cost controls.
• Manages cash handling and inventory to minimize loss and achieve targets.
