Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station (e.g., dough management, portioning).
• Performs station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals and profitability.
• Maintains customer satisfaction and handles needs with minimal complaints.
• Follows TM handbook policies, including attendance, safety and security.
