Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines, performs dough management and accurate portioning.
• Contributes to meeting product goals and customer expectations, follows TM handbook policies.
• Exhibits core values, maintains positive attitude, works well with others, adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage, provides feedback, maintains quality, food and labor costs.
• Assists in cash management and inventory control to support profitability.
