Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Food service certification preferred (Serv-Safe or equivalent).
• Experience as a shift lead in a restaurant is preferred.
• Stable work history and reliability are expected.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical practices.
• Maintain product quality, food/labor costs, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Manage cash and inventory, and help meet profitability goals.
