Job summary

You will enforce company policies, ensure compliance with laws, and support inventory, cash handling, and shift coverage.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior shift-lead experience, and Serv-Safe certification. You will work 32+ hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe or Local/State Food Service certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift-lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and maintaining holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the company product goals.
• Meets the needs of customers and minimizes complaints.
• Follows policies in the TM handbook including attendance and safety.
• Exhibits core values and maintains a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant.
• Provides immediate feedback and corrects problems when identified.
• Maintains product quality, service and cost controls within standards.
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
