This role focuses on staffing, cash handling, inventory, and maintaining food safety standards with emphasis on teamwork and flexible performance during nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy, and portioning.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost controls.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to address issues.
• Supports profit goals by managing costs and inventory using company systems.
• Executes cash handling duties and adheres to policies.
