Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, portioning, and quality control.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals and customer satisfaction; minimizes complaints.
• Exhibits core values and maintains a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides timely feedback to resolve issues.
• Manages cash and inventory per company guidelines to support profitability.
