Vitality Bowls Buford is seeking a hands-on Store Manager / Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will manage shifts, training, and performance, while maintaining health and safety standards and accurate inventory reporting.

The role involves direct interaction with guests, handling deliveries, and keeping the team motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Become food certified.
• Must handle a basic computer and POS system; handling cash and credit cards.
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
• Stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency.
• Maintain a clean and work-appropriate personal appearance.
• Come to work with a positive attitude, and work well with others.

• Lead the team, ensuring food is prepared accurately and delivered to customers promptly.
• Oversee shifts and delegate tasks.
• Provide exemplary knowledge of the job and deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle upset customers politely and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Register deliveries and manage inventory communications with managers/owners.
• Check daily petty cash and arrange change as needed.
• Restock the register and ensure correct cash handling.
• Communicate with managers about staff strengths, dependability and customer service quality.
• Manage break schedules and ensure on-time attendance.
• Attend Management Meetings and share improvement ideas.
• Assist with interviews, evaluations and training.
