Job summary

Vitality Bowls in Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented shift supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee shifts, delegate tasks, and uphold food safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with deliveries, inventory, and training new team members, while collaborating with managers to optimize schedules and guest satisfaction. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Become food certified.
• Must be able to operate a basic computer and POS system; handle cash and credit cards.
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency.
• Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
• Come to work with a positive attitude and work well with others.
• Leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage shifts.
• Delegate tasks and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle upset customers politely and resolve issues with food.
• Accept deliveries and assist with inventory.
• Communicate with managers about schedules and store operations.
• Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.
• Keep the front lobby and dining area clean.
