Job summary

Vitality Bowls Buford seeks a Store Manager to lead shift-level operations, drive sales, manage financials, and provide exceptional customer service. You will oversee inventory, staffing, and training while promoting a positive in-store culture.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, ensuring quality food production, scheduling, budgeting, and adhering to food safety standards. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience.
• Available to work a minimum of 36 hours per week including mornings, nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with POS software and emails.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Restaurant or food experience preferred.
• Has a food safety certification or is willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift-level operations, driving sales and managing financials.
• Coach and lead the team, ensuring food quality and allergen safety.
• Establish strong communication with upper management and staff.
• Hire, onboard, train, and schedule team members.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
