Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods, occasionally lift heavy boxes
• Leadership abilities and management experience a plus
• Able to handle cash and credit card transactions at POS
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as manager when manager is unavailable
• In charge of shifts and delegating tasks
• Lead the team to ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered timely
• Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training
• Memorize training material and explain ingredients and health benefits to customers
• Keep front lobby and outside area clean
• Assist and ring up guests, take phone orders and answer calls
• Follow sanitation guidelines and maintain food safety
