Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, addressing customer concerns, training new staff, handling cash, and ensuring timely preparation and delivery of orders. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Assist in managing inventory and placing orders.
• Lead the team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalations.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager when manager is unavailable.
• Oversee shifts and delegate tasks.
• Restock the register nightly for correct change.
• Take deposits to the bank and manage petty cash.
• Assist in scheduling and collecting shift information.
• Lead the team to ensure accurate food prep and timely service.
• Maintain a clean front lobby and dining area.
• Assist with interviews, training and evaluations.
