Jersey Mike's - Kruwis Management in Lehi, UT is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver a superior Sub Above guest experience. You will guide Crew Members, coach on-the-job, train new teammates, and uphold food safety and quality standards on every shift.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or customer service experience, demonstrate leadership, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicates effectively with customers and teammates.
• Takes ownership, accountability, and solves problems confidently.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to delivering excellent results.
• Previous shift leadership preferred but not required.
• Food safety certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts by setting the example through positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring every customer receives a "Sub Above" experience.
• Prepare fresh, high-quality subs and ensure food is made according to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members throughout each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing food waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
