Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Shift Leader in Fort Collins, CO to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive store KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and promotions while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to multitask in a fast paced retail setting, and willingness to travel between store locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift lead in retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and KPI goals
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising
• Open/close store, ensure safety and compliance
• Process sales transactions accurately with POS
• Promote MINISO membership program
• Support loss prevention and store upkeep
• Maintain professional, enthusiastic store environment
• Engage customers and resolve concerns
