You will coach Crew Members, ensure food safety, and support the management team to drive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Proven leadership potential or experience in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure Jersey Mike's standards.
• Train and onboard new team members and mentor Crew Members.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift execution.
• Support inventory control and minimize food waste.
