Jersey Mike's Issaquah is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, lead by example, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will coach Crew Members, support training, and uphold Jersey Mike's standards for food quality and service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a positive, fast-paced environment where you help deliver the Sub Above experience and contribute to a safe, organized, and welcoming store culture.

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.
• Leadership experience or readiness for a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure every customer receives the Sub Above experience.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food meets Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members during each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing food waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
