Jersey Mike's is looking for a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest experience and team leadership. You will guide the crew, uphold Jersey Mike's standards, and mentor newer team members in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety and quality. This role offers opportunities for advancement and a dynamic team culture within our Lakewood, WA location.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in restaurant or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem solving.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure every customer feels a Sub Above experience.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food safety and Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members throughout each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimize waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
