Jersey Mike's Chesapeake Square is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location. You will coach staff to deliver excellent customer service, ensure high quality food, and uphold Jersey Mike’s standards.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. You’ll be involved in opening/closing tasks, training, and maintaining a clean, safe restaurant as part of a dynamic franchise operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Must have reliable transportation.
