Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team on each shift, ensuring smooth operations when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is away. You will uphold high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while keeping guests happy and refreshed.

You will motivate and support team members, resolve on-shift challenges, and know when to elevate matters to store leadership. This role blends leadership with a passion for great guest experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required.
• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active during shift.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
