Job summary

Jamba seeks a Shift Manager to lead the team on your shift, keep operations running smoothly when store leadership is away, and ensure guests leave happy and refreshed. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store, upholding food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Ideal candidates are 18 years or older with 3–6 months of first‑line supervisory experience, and flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

18+ years old
3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, holidays)
TB clearance required
0–1 year of food service or retail experience
Ability to stand, bend, and stay active during shift
Basic math and computer skills (POS)
Food handler certification (current or within 30 days)
High school diploma or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Troubleshoot challenges - team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues
Elevate matters to store leadership when appropriate
