Job summary

Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to lead each shift, ensuring smooth operations, quality, and guest satisfaction. You’ll be a hands-on leader, guiding the team when GM or Asst GM aren’t present and keeping guests refreshed and happy.

Responsibilities include maintaining standards, motivating staff, and resolving challenges quickly. This role features flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and act as the go-to decision maker on shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot team, guest, or supplier issues as needed.
• Elevate matters to store leadership when required.
