Job summary

Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and elevate guest experiences. You will oversee a team, ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and act as the on-shift decision maker in the absence of store leadership.

You will motivate staff, handle guest concerns, manage cash and POS tasks, and escalate issues when needed. Strong communication and a passion for service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required.
• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Basic math and computer skills (Smartphones, tablets, and POS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges - team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Know when and how to elevate matters to store leadership.
