Job summary

Jamba is hiring a Shift Manager to blend leadership with guest-focused service on every shift. You’ll supervise, keep the operation running smoothly, and motivate the team to ensure guests leave satisfied and refreshed.

As the heartbeat of the store, you’ll stand in for store leadership when needed, uphold food safety standards, manage schedules, and drive a positive, energetic work environment throughout dynamic shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• TB clearance required.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Food handler certification current or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges - team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Elevate matters to store leadership when needed.
