Smashburger is hiring a Shift Leader in Dallas to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring top-notch guest experiences. You will coach staff, monitor daily operations, and drive service standards during shifts.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a hands-on leadership approach. You will lead training, promote safety and cost controls, and support scheduling and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of both FOH and BOH employees.
• Promote a fun and positive work environment.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to new employees.
• Follow COGS procedures for food ordering and inventory and adhere to cash policies.
• Ensure guest experience metrics are tracked and maintained.
