Qualifications

• Must complete Smashburger training program.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven people management abilities.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of FOH & BOH staff.
• Promote a fun and positive work environment.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to employees using SmashConnect and LMS.
• Reward and recognises employee performance exceeding standards.
• Maintain daily operational checklists and line standards.
• Ensure food safety standards and proper inventory control.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new hires.
• Adhere to cash handling and loss prevention policies.
