Qualifications

• Must successfully complete Smashburger training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and develop restaurant teams.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of FOH & BOH employees.
• Promote a fun and positive work environment.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to all employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4-step method.
• Reward and recognize employee performance that exceeds company standards.
• Ensure daily operational checklists, line checks, and safety standards are followed.
