You will lead daily operations, train staff, ensure guest satisfaction, manage labor, and uphold food safety standards while promoting a fun, energetic team culture. This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a path to restaurant management within Smashburger.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
